Inspired by the celebrated fairytales by Giambattista Basile, Matteo Garrone’s Tale of Tales is an epic vision of cinema.

From the bitter quest of the Queen of Longtrellis (Salma Hayek) who forfeits the life of her husband (John C. Reilly), to two mysterious sisters who provoke the passion of the King of Strongcliff (Vincent Cassel), to the King of Highhills (Toby Jones) obsessed with a giant flea leading to heartbreak for his young daughter, these stories weave the beautiful with the grotesque, creating a stunning and unique work of gothic imagination.

To celebrate the release of Matteo Garrone's deliciously dark re-imagining of classic 17th Century Italian fairy tales, we've put together a wild, weird and wonderful collection of prizes, including

  • 5 x Tale of Tales alternative artwork posters
  • A Tale of Tales t-shirt
  • The Penguin Classics publication of 'The Tale of Tales' by Giambattista Basile
  • Wild Tales, The Great Beauty and Holy Motors on DVD
  • And, hot off the LCM 2016 catwalks, a highly sought-after Curzon Artificial Eye tote bag
