Mustang is the story of five sisters who are each other's best friends. When they are spotted innocently playing with boys on the beach on the last day of school, their uncle decides to lock them up into a house in preparation for early marriage.

Locked in together, they will find strength and courage to survive and defy their oppressor. Mustang is a modern fairytale by French-Turkish director Deniz Gamze Ergüven, with a beguiling soundtrack from Nick Cave collaborator and Bad Seeds member Warren Ellis.
